Canon EOS 2000D to photograph the Milky Way

Hello, I am a teenager who started astronomy three years ago. With my telescope, I managed to take many pictures of the moon and Jupiter using my phone. However, I have always dreamed of photographing the starry sky (like the Milky Way at best). I would therefore like to invest in a DSLR which, from what I have seen, takes very good photos of the sky. I don't have a very high budget, so I'm looking second-hand. I would like to know your opinion on the Canon EOS 2000D: do you think it is good for starting starry sky photography? Wouldn't I be limited by quality or ISOs ? Could I take pictures like this:
