FYSETC E4 + OnStepX — le moteur oscille en continu (1 pas avant/1 pas arrière), Driver Status OK, câblage vérifié

Bonjour à tous,

Je bloque sur un comportement moteur après avoir déjà écarté les causes les plus courantes.

Config :

  • FYSETC E4 v1.0, branche officielle E4 d'OnStepX
  • NEMA17, 0.9°/pas, poulies 15T→60T
  • AXIS1_STEPS_PER_DEGREE 20480, AXIS1_DRIVER_IRUN 1500
  • Jumper Z-MIN → PDN posé, Driver Status affiche maintenant OK

Symptôme : en maintenant le bouton de direction (ou :Me# en continu), l'arbre moteur oscille en continu — un pas avant, un pas arrière, en boucle — au lieu de tourner normalement.

Déjà écarté :

  • Câblage des bobines vérifié au multimètre selon le pinout officiel FYSETC (X-A2/X-A1/X-B1/X-B2) — plus de bourdonnement, appariement correct
  • Mount dé-parké avant le test
  • STEP_WAVE_FORM testé en PULSE et SQUARE — aucun changement
  • Microsteps testés à 32, 16, 8 — aucun changement
  • 12V confirmé présent sur PWR IN
  • UART/Driver Status TMC2209 maintenant OK (était "Unknown" avant, résolu séparément)

Question : avec le Driver Status OK et le câblage confirmé correct, qu'est-ce qui pourrait encore causer une oscillation avant/arrière continue au lieu d'une vraie rotation ? Un souci de mode decay (StealthChop vs SpreadCycle), un déséquilibre IHOLD/IRUN/IGOTO, ou un réglage de backlash/GOTO_FEATURE qui contrecarre la commande de mouvement ? Toute piste de paramètre Config.h à tester serait très utile.

Salut. Peux tu nous en dire un peu plus sur ton problème? Est ce que le moteur deconne tout le temps ou à certaines vitesse le moteur fonctionne normalement?

Ca me fait penser à deux choses:

- moteur qui decroche à cause d'une consigne de vitesse trop elevée (revoir les accelerations)

- Un problème que j'ai rencontré avec un DRV8825 et avec des vitesses de suivi lentes (suivi sideral dans ce cas). La tension nominale du moteur etait tres basse et son intensité nominale à la limite de celle du driver. Cela mettait le driver en difficulté sur les partie basse tension de la courbe à cause de la difference Vmot/Vnominale. D'ou le decrochage.

En fait j’ai téléchargé le firmware fais tout les bons branchements 

et ensuite quand je vais sur le site pour contrôler et essayer de faire tourner les moteurs à n’importe quelle vitesse( sidérale et max ) le moteur décroche il oscille entre un pas en avant un pas en arrière comme si quelque chose bloque 

 

pour l’instant je souhaitais juste faire fonctionner les moteurs avant d’installer les moteurs sur ma monture

Je ne connais pas cette carte.  Quel est la ref de ton moteur? Je pense que tu peux poster ton config.h,  ça aidera. Esperon que quelqu'un connaissant cette carte puisse te repondre, ne la connaissant pas il va falloir que je me renseigne un peu dessus.
